An Unbelievable Wait
To anyone looking at him, Hugs was the absolute cutest dog in the world.
He had a sweet face, a loving personality, and a heart full of resilience after surviving unimaginable hardships.
Yet, as the months ticked by, a baffling reality set in for his foster mom, Rachel.
Despite his undeniable charm, Hugs did not receive a single adoption application.
A Nightmare Disguised As A Rescue
Hugs’ difficult journey began south of the border in Mexico.
He was originally taken in by a facility that claimed to be a rescue, but the reality was a nightmare.
