Tiny North Carolina Dog Disappears From One Yard, Then Rescuers Discover Where He Ended Up

After spending the first years of his life tethered outside, a timid North Carolina Chihuahua mix named Chico finally gets the indoor life and love he always deserved.

Trying To Help From Afar
