California Rescuers Had Everything Planned For This Stray Until One Escape Turned Into A Nightmare

A traveling worker in Saudi Arabia formed a special bond with a stray dog named Roha. With the help of a California rescue, a journey to safety began—until a sudden escape changed everything.

A Dangerous Place to Call Home

It all started when DaEun, a traveling contract worker, took on a new assignment far from home. She traveled to Saudi Arabia to work on a bustling construction site for a year.

While settling into her new routine, she couldn’t help but notice the local wildlife. The area was home to many stray dogs, trying to survive in the harsh environment.

Most of these dogs were incredibly skittish. They kept their distance from the workers, too fearful to get close to anyone offering help.

With her medical clearance complete, Roha prepared for her first major trip. She traveled to Korea alongside DaEun.

With her time in Korea going well, Roha had only one more flight to go. She would soon be traveling to America to begin her new life.
