A Heartbreaking Discovery
When Kobe was first discovered on the streets, his condition was devastating. He was about 25 pounds underweight and suffering from a severe case of mange.
The poor dog was struggling to survive, his body showing the clear signs of long-term neglect. But his physical condition was only part of his tragic story.
