A neighborhood puppy was suffering from severe neglect, but one caring neighbor and a dedicated rescue organization teamed up to give him a second chance.
A Heartbreaking Discovery
When Jelena moved into her new house, she was hoping for a fresh start. What she didn’t expect was to find a heartbreaking situation right on her own street.
