Beckett is his mom’s fifth rescue dog, but he holds a very special distinction in her heart. Of all the dogs she has loved, she says he is absolutely the happiest.

“It’s really hard to not be in a good mood when you wake up and he’s just ready to go for his day and just thrilled about everything,” she shared.

Because she works from home, the two of them are practically never apart. Their bond has grown so strong that Beckett insists on following her everywhere—even when she just wants a moment of privacy in the bathroom.

He follows her so closely that she often can’t even see him right behind her legs. In fact, the longest they have ever been separated was for a single eye doctor appointment.
