A Life Of Constant Hardship
Zara sat in her shelter kennel, completely shut down and terrified of her surroundings. No one knew exactly where she came from or how she ended up there.

With the rescue’s backing, Zara was finally able to leave the shelter environment. She was placed into a dedicated foster home where her real recovery could begin.

Her foster family could tell that she was in a great deal of physical pain. Despite her discomfort, Zara did not push her caregivers away.

Her foster parent admitted that Zara is one of their favorites, and they would absolutely love to keep her forever. However, adopting Zara would mean they couldn’t take in any more foster dogs.
