When California rescuers spotted a tiny puppy chained to a wall, they knew she needed urgent help. Against all odds, this resilient little dog proved that nothing could break her spirit.
A Shocking Sight After Dinner
It was supposed to be a normal evening. Two animal advocates were simply on their way home from dinner when something caught their eye.
Looking closely, one of them turned to her companion, Melissa, and pointed out what looked like a dog attached to a wall.
