When she first went to visit him, the poor dog just hid in the back of his kennel, shaking with fear.

“Alfred! I went shopping for you today, and got a few things,” she announced.
She started tossing the toys to him, and even though her first throw wasn’t great, Alfred didn’t care.
He was absolutely thrilled, wanting to play with every single toy she brought out.
