But for one dedicated foster mom named Lisa in California, quiet isn’t always the goal.
She discovered a unique and colorful way to bring out the inner puppy in her older, mellow rescues.
Setting Up The Perfect Party
Lisa loves to throw what she calls “rave parties” for her senior fosters.
The preparation starts with picking out a special light-up collar for each of the dogs.
Every dog gets their own specific color, ranging from green and red to pink and blue.
