A California rescue puppy named Benny baffled his owner when his siblings kept growing but he stayed small. A genetic test finally explained his unique appearance.
A Rescue Litter Surprise
When a rescue dog in California unexpectedly had a litter of puppies, one little pup stood out from the rest.
His owner had been volunteering for the rescue and decided to adopt the tiny dog, naming him Benny.
At first, Benny seemed like a typical, happy puppy who loved to play with his siblings.

His owner says she is constantly getting stopped by curious strangers while they are out on walks.
